Hey Tom, I'm sorry to hear that. We do so much work here to provide analysis and interviews on cutting-edge trends. The CC is a toggle that each individual can click when they open the video. You'll see several icons at the bottom right of the video. The second one is a CC. If you click on that CC box, you'll immediately see the transcript at the bottom of the video. I'm afraid it takes that click, as Substack doesn't provide a general CC default option. I tried it again to make sure, and it should do the trick for you. Regards, Nomi
